Browsing the net today looking for a small graphic editor, I've found one, which at first look differs somehow, not sure what exactly (probably the toolbox and the layers window attracted my view), so I proceed to download just to see it. And after installation here it was:
Merely larger than 5MB, Chasys Draw IES 2.73 FREE have some features and effects that even large commercial products dont have them. I especially liked the TRANSFORM and ENGINES from the tool bar. The program has many features rarely seen before, even some advanced tools are not present. Some plug-ins are missing but at the end, John Paul Chacha's Lab - jpcha2.com and its author did a good job with Chasys Draw IES 2.73 FREE

Everybody even once had a problem opening a video or audio file. Problem lays in missing codecs. The easiest way to solve this is to get the K-Lite codec pack a complete pack of audio and video codecs. Now you can play every song and movie
