Delete the locked file/s

Have tried to delete a file or folder but it couldn't happen and an error like this appears:



What is to be done to solve this?

Unlocker from ccollomb is a freeware that after installation integrates itself into the mouse right click menu giving a list of active processes, locked files and folders and giving an options to stop and delete them

Yet another small graphic editor

Browsing the net today looking for a small graphic editor, I've found one, which at first look differs somehow, not sure what exactly (probably the toolbox and the layers window attracted my view), so I proceed to download just to see it. And after installation here it was:

Merely larger than 5MB, Chasys Draw IES 2.73 FREE have some features and effects that even large commercial products dont have them. I especially liked the TRANSFORM and ENGINES from the tool bar. The program has many features rarely seen before, even some advanced tools are not present. Some plug-ins are missing but at the end, John Paul Chacha's Lab - jpcha2.com and its author did a good job with Chasys Draw IES 2.73 FREE
