Is a journal, personal diary or an offline blog. It is all that and one of all if I may say. Has a simple interface and may help bloggers write their posts offline and then just copy on their blog later. RedNetbook is portable application so there is no needfor installation, you can put it on your USB drive and have it whenever you need.
